Job description

Responsibility:

Filing reports regarding product problems
Researching technical issues
Managing and processing customer orders
Walking customers through solutions
Reviewing product change requests
Learning about product updates and new technologies.
Monitor overall infrastructure performance and availability
Basic Troubleshooting when there is a problem
Report and Escalate the issues to Infrastructure Team

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge in DNS, TCP/IP, and networking concept
Basic knowledge in Linux
Strong team player
Willing to work in shift
Working place in Jakarta
