Job description 

Responsibility:
  • Filing reports regarding product problems
  • Researching technical issues
  • Managing and processing customer orders
  • Walking customers through solutions
  • Reviewing product change requests
  • Learning about product updates and new technologies.
  • Monitor overall infrastructure performance and availability
  • Basic Troubleshooting when there is a problem
  • Report and Escalate the issues to Infrastructure Team
Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge in DNS, TCP/IP, and networking concept
  • Basic knowledge in Linux
  • Strong team player
  • Willing to work in shift
  • Working place in Jakarta
