Job Description
All aspects of office management, including (not limited to):

Stock/inventory/uniform check and control, re-ordering
Maintenance of records
Preparation for dive shows
Recording absence/attendance
Office maintenance – IT hard/software, internet etc.
Monthly fee calculations, inc BPJS
Supervising/scheduling non-office staff when at the office
Supervising office cleaner and cook

Qualifications

Strong organisational skills
Experience with MS Office
Pro-active multi-tasker with 'can-do' attitude
Ability to work independently and see projects through to the end
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience from similar position preferred

Conditions

5.5days work week; 8 hrs/day
12+ months commitment
