Legal & General AffairResponsibilities:- Maintain the legal framework of the company;
- Ensure regulatory compliance of the company;
- Ensure that the company business transactions are in compliance with the law, including research the law implicated by that transaction and advise the management of any negative effects it might create;
- Render legal advice to the company on matters as may be required including legal advice on the rules of the company, contracts, transactions, and agreements to be entered into by the company;
- Legal administration including organizing files; documenting actions; input information into file database, etc;
- Provide data/documents needed for legal process, liase with relevant third parties such as notary, attorney, government departments, etc, keeps the management informed about legal process by sending regular report until the process is done;
- Maintain professional knowledge of the law by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications;
- Provide general supporting activities regarding office equipment/inventory and cleanliness;
- Attend and participate in both internal and external meetings as required;
- Carrying out any other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law.
